Bronte Cormican-Jones is a Sydney-based visual artist and writer, currently living between Australia and the Netherlands. Working across sculpture and installation, her practice explores visual perception, architecture and the body. She graduated with First-Class Honours from Sydney College of the Arts in 2022, majoring in Sculpture and Enlgish Literature. In 2022 Bronte received the FUSE Glass Prize David Henshall Emerging Artist Award.
Her work has been exhibited at Canberra Contemporary, selected for the 2024 Milan Glass Biennale, and commissioned for the 2024 Canberra Art Biennial at the National Film and Sound Archive. In 2025, she presented a solo exhibition at Canberra Glassworks. Cormican-Jones has undertaken residencies at JamFactory, Eramboo Artist Environment, and Canberra Glassworks, and studied at Pilchuck Glass School (US). She is currently pursuing a PhD in Visual Art at the University of Sydney, supported by the Fauvette Loureiro Memorial Scholarship for travel.
