Horizons
NSW
February 7 - May 3, 2026

Horizons is a major new solo exhibition by Tarntanya/Adelaide-based artist Jason Sims.Working in the realm of perceptual art, Sims uses the properties of light and reflection to create works that invite viewers to exercise their imagination and see the world in new ways.

Interested in the tension between the internal and the external, Sims creates expansive spatial environments that facilitate meditations on space, time and the quiet forces that shape our understanding of the world. Across the works in Horizons, he uses geometric form, light and colour to actively engage viewers in reimagining space as fluid, open and full of possibility.
