Entry Information
The 2027 Ausglass theme, Making Space, advocates for broader recognition of glass within contemporary art and deeper institutional support for glass artists. It asks who has access to the spaces, tools, networks and opportunities needed to sustain a career in glass.
Making Space calls for the inclusion of underrepresented voices, Indigenous knowledge systems and global dialogue. It also considers physical access to studios, representation in galleries and the importance of developing more sustainable glassmaking practices.
You must be a current Ausglass Member to participate.

The winning artist will receive:
- One year of Ausglass membership
- One ticket to the 2027 Ausglass Conference
- One Ausglass merchandise pack, featuring their winning design
